The LMIRE Standard of Care Scientific Guidelines: The LMIRE standard of care follows the lifestyle medicine and whole food plant-based healthcare nutrition scientific guidelines. Certified professionals provide all medical, food, nutrition, fitness and rejuvenating services. Each immersionist must provide a complete medical history prior to participation, in anticipation of LMIRE.

Retreat Sample Itinerary
Our retreats are created to be accessible to all budgets and it may be 3, 7, 10-Days or even customized to the needs of our guests. Customized Retreats, may be of 2 days to 30 days if that may be necessary.
Dr Henry A Villegas and Dr Sergio Lizano live in the property and are available almost every day. Dr Villegas is also a Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Chef.
