Your credit card information is protected by our data Encrypted Security System. Third party persons won't be able to access your information. Once you send us the completed Reservation Form, you agree to pay the amount as indicated. GreenLagoon will send your confirmation of the reservation and amount charged to your card.
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

1. All reservations, modifications or cancellations must be made through the booking engine used to reserve your expeditions/services or in writing and sent via email to: reservations@GreenLagoon.net or by fax: U.S. (239)-540-2338 or C.R. 011 (506) 2479-7701. A reservation, modification or cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received a written confirmation from our reservation’s office. Please notify us of any changes made or cancellations at least 72 hours prior your tour or service date and hour.
2. Children from 6 up to 11 years old pay the Children Rates. Children under 6 years are generally not charged. However, you may check on the particular policy for each activity as age may be a limitation for some expeditions and services.
3. All of our expeditions are designed especially for the particular group size and interests of the day, therefore, every change in number of people can greatly affect our operation. Please follow policy instructions #1 above.
4. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the expedition start time will NOT be refunded. Any cancellations made 72 hours before the expedition/service date will be refunded 100% to payment method.
5. In the case of packages and travel plans, which include hotel accommodations and/or transportation services, the cancellation policies of each individual property will apply, and may vary depending on the season.
6. All Lifestyle Medical Services along with your expeditions will be charged at booking time in order to guarantee the services on the requested date. The reason for this is that we may have to schedule lifestyle medicine doctors, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nutritionists, fitness and physical programmers.
7. Please note that by submitting your credit card information you agree to our reservation/service and cancellation policies. Your credit card will be charged in advance at booking time in order to guarantee your expedition, accommodations or Services.
8. Wholesome wellness organic food menus and beverages may or may not be included in your expedition. It may also be an added option/charge if available to particular expeditions.
9. A reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an automated, email or fax reservation code from our reservation’s booking engine or office.
